Two projects. One workplace strategy.

At Adelaide’s Festival Tower, Zenith delivered furniture solutions for a new 10,000sqm workplace fitout.
Working closely with the client, project managers, designers and contractors, Zenith developed a consistent workplace solution balancing agile working, employee wellbeing and long-term flexibility. New Orbis workstations were integrated with retained furniture, re-engineering existing components wherever possible to reduce waste and extend asset life.

Precinct Focus Pods, Jac Sled Stools and Kissen Fixed Conference Tables support a diverse mix of focused work, collaboration and connection, while extensive prototyping helped resolve technical requirements and stakeholder feedback early. The project formed part of a broader workplace transformation program that also included the refurbishment of 12,000sqm of existing office space.

The result is a contemporary, adaptable workplace that supports the client’s sustainability ambitions and allows furniture to be relocated, reconfigured and reused as workplace needs evolve.
