Case Study: A Flexible, Light-Filled Fit Out for William Buck
Case Study: A Flexible, Light-Filled Fit Out for William Buck

For over 130 years, William Buck has delivered exceptional accounting and advisory services in Australia. Committed to supporting their people both in and out of work, and fostering inspired teams who seek to provide the best outcomes for their clients, this ethos underpinned the principal aim of their workspace fit out at 181 William Street; an open, light-filled environment that nurtures wellbeing, connection and growth.

In collaboration with designers Graham Nicholas, Zenith supplied a curated selection of furnishings to realise this vision. Our agile and fit for purpose pieces were integrated across formal and informal zones, thoughtfully chosen to complement the zone-defining, calming palette of neutrals, blues and dusky reds.

Creating unique enclaves within the workplace, Zenith’s Precinct collection is a series of individual elements that, when combined, create a vast variety of workspaces tailored to singular or collective needs. For meetings or social connection, Precinct Meet Booth provides a room within the room. With high screen encasings, the Meet Booth caters to the full spectrum of work modalities, providing a ‘precinct’ for focused work, team activity and small social gatherings.

The Jac chair is a highly  versatile seating solution. Combining refined style, exceptional comfort and durable construction, Jac seamlessly meets the seating requirements of innumerable workplace environments. A selection of Jac chairs were chosen in complementary colours for various zones.

William Buck also opted for the latest iteration of the Jac collection: The Jac Lounge Chair. Designed to add an aura of subtle sophistication whilst retaining Jac’s trademark comfort and body contouring support, the Jac Lounge chair offers a softer aesthetic and more immersive experience.

For a versatile, multi-functional table, William Buck opted for the inimitable Kissen. With a charming distinctive leg profile, Zenith’s Kissen has proven a popular choice for collaborative spaces. Designed with the physical and functional requirements of today’s varied work modes in mind, the Zenith design team created the Kissen table to foster connection. Whether collaborative group work or social connection, Kissen is a table created for interactivity.
