We're Hiring - Sales Support / Estimator

Due to our recent and continual growth in Queensland, we are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, customer focused, and well organised Sales Support/Estimator to join our Brisbane sales team.
Responsibilities and previous experience include:
- Excel & Word proficient
- Well organised and team player
- Commercial furniture experience would be an advantage
- Prepare quotes and tender pricing for the sales team
- Responding to website enquiries
- Entry of accepted quotes into system ready for project managers to order
- Assist with preparing tender responses and submissions
- Sending our quote requests to suppliers and contractors
- Tender drawing take offs for sales team, and an understanding there of
- Preparing operational & maintenance manuals for completed projects
- Contracts administration
- Pronto experience would be an advantage
- Manage small projects from receipt through to hand over and completion
- Direct communication with clients, builders, and project managers
- Maintain clear documentation in line with Quality Assured systems and processes
- Manage service orders including site repairs and warranty claims
