Changi Airport Group established a new innovation centre and workplace in Singapore, spanning 2,750 sqm. The client’s vision was to create a vibrant, flexible, and future-focused environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and productivity. The space needed to support a variety of workstyles while reflecting the organisation’s innovative culture and operational excellence.
Vox Task Chair, Epic Workstation, Orbis Adapt Workstation
Zenith Interiors was engaged as the system furniture vendor to deliver a complete suite of workplace solutions. This included workstations, lounge seating, collaborative tables, ottomans, and bespoke meeting room furniture designed to integrate seamlessly with the overall design intent. Several elements were customised to meet the client’s specific needs, including Kissen Conference Folding Tables installed flush against TV walls, with the final table curved on the outer corners to form a D-shape for optimal space use. Casual collaboration areas were created by pairing Alpha Space Whiteboards with Kissen high tables near the pantry, offering informal huddle spaces for spontaneous interaction and idea sharing.

Working under tight timelines, we coordinated closely with main contractor HETAT to run furniture installation concurrently with floorworks. This phased approach ensured that each area was furnished promptly without causing delays, demonstrating our ability to deliver high-quality solutions under pressure.
The completed workplace has transformed the client’s environment into a young, vibrant, and energising space. Flexible layouts support both collaborative teamwork and individual focus, while casual and formal zones encourage interaction and strengthen a sense of community. The combination of open-plan workstations, lounges, breakout areas, and enclosed meeting rooms creates a dynamic and innovative culture, supporting both current operations and future growth.

Zenith collaborated with Cox Architecture on Perth’s Research Facility, supporting design, materials, and product customisation. The fit out features MAKR units, Sol Edit seating, Precinct, Terrazzo, and Orbis workstations.
