Zenith RBA is proud to announce a new partnership with Red Dust Role Models. Red Dust inspires positive change in remote Indigenous communities through a unique community-as-family model of health and wellbeing programs. For over twenty years, they have walked long side community leaders and Elders to help create stronger futures for young people and their families. Red Dust draws on the strengths of both Western health knowledge and traditional cultural knowledges that influence young people in community. Through the use of positive role models and engaging, high-impact programs, Red Dust builds resilience in young people and inspires them to identify and pursue their dreams. 

Through this partnership, Zenith RBA will support Red Dust’s Strong Young Men & Boys Program by helping establish opportunities for participants to create products within community that can
be sold through Red Dust’s gift shop. This initiative directly supports entrepreneurship, creativity, and economic participation, while naturally aligning with our own manufacturing roots—where craftsmanship, pride in making, and learning by doing are central. Program leaders and staff have reinforced that this type of activity powerfully engages men and boys, unlocking their creative and entrepreneurial potential.

The Strong Young Men & Boys Program exists to support Aboriginal youth as they navigate complex cultural, social, emotional, and educational challenges—at a time when health outcomes for Aboriginal men remain among the poorest in Australia. Delivered through culturally grounded, strengths-based approaches such as yarning circles, local language, peer leadership, and hands-on activities, this partnership is about more than products. It is about purpose, pride, and creating sustainable pathways for strong young men to shape their own futures.
