Cache
Available in three widths, and static load tested to 407kg and 330kg, Cache accommodates today’s population in a range of applications. Cache is a stacking chair with or without arms and comes in two different back shapes, In or Out. The chairs have a fully upholstered back and seat on four metal legs with a black powder coat option. Wall saver legs are also available for the collections. Due to the versatility of the design combined with the desired aesthetics Cache can populate any environment – waiting rooms, classrooms, cafeterias, schools, hospitals, and aged care facilities.
DESIGNER
Terrance Hunt
Terrance Hunt Studio Inc. is an industrial design and prototype firm founded in 1990. Working specifically in the office furniture markets with advanced prototypes through computer design, visual renderers and outstanding craftsmen. Hunt's design expertise is extensive, working with a mixed media of exotic and domestic woods, metals, glass, upholstery and fine finishes. Hunt states "the design process begins with market analysis and product brief with the goals of each product. Artist sketches are created for idea generation, then 2D and 3D CAD modeling in Solidworks, and final photo renderings and Illustrations". Models are then engineered and manufactured to generate a producible product.
