Characterised by well-proportioned and slightly undulated shapes, Eina´s aesthetics is timeless and impervious to fashions and trends. The versatility of Eina stacking chairs makes them suitable for a wide variety of commercial and residential uses. A transport trolley for the Eina stacking chairs is also available. The chairs can be joined together by a linking system fixed to the arms. A synthetic side table can be placed between the chairs, all of which are stackable. The task chair is the perfect complement, available in black polypropylene or upholstered with or without arm. Eina bar stool with or without arms and footrest is ideal for the hotel and catering trade. The beam seating has been conceived following the Eina guidelines. A steel framework resting on two aluminium bases can support a total of five chairs, with or without arms, or a combination of chairs and side tables. Long-lasting, resistant and recyclable materials are employed in the various manufacturing processes that guarantee utmost quality. The assembly system facilitates its care and maintenance.


Josep Llusca

Graduate in Industrial Design from the Eina School in Barcelona, he has been a professor in its Product Design Department and a member of its Board of Governors. He was also Vice Chairman of ADI-FAD, a member of the Design Council of the Catalan Parliament and has served on the Advisory Council of the BCD Foundation.

Since 1972 he has worked with prestigious international companies such as Antonio Puig Perfumes, Blauet, Cassina, Driade, Enea, Estel, Figueras Internacional, Flos, General Electric, Grupo Forma5, Isogona-Bra, Metalarte, Ofita, Oken, Panrico, Permasa, Rosenthal, Sara Lee, WMF, Wingroup, ...

The diverse nature of the projects he has been involved in means that he has been able to work in many different fields, including lighting, furniture, packaging, electrical appliances, toys, household furniture and street furniture.

His projects have been the subject of studies and reviews in numerous specialised publications, books and monographs. They also form part of the permanent collections of several design museums and have been included in many international exhibitions.

He has won a number of prestigious international design awards, including the ADI-FAD Delta de Oro, several ADI-FAD Delta de Plata and ADG-FAD LAUS awards, the Industrial Design Excellence Award from the I.D.S.A (USA), the iF Product Design Award for Design Excellence from the iF Industrie Forum Design in Hannover, the Best of NeoCon Award in Chicago, the ALAN International Aluminium Award from the Swedish Industrial Design Foundation, an Honourable Mention at the ID Furniture Awards in New York, the Bronze Award from the Institute of Business Designers (USA ), Award for High Design Quality from the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Germany and the National Design Award in Spain.
