Takashi Shinozaki, BA, MA, architect and designer, was born in 1968, in Tokyo where he currently lives and works.
After having studied in Japan and Italy, he graduated from Tokyo National University of the Arts with Master degree and worked at architectural design firm, established own practice in 1997, in Tokyo. He works in various fields of design, including private house, collective housing, office, restaurant, retail shop, exhibition, furniture, and graphic design.
His works were awarded Good Design Award in Japan several times and were exhibited at exhibition in Milan, Seoul, Nagoya, and Tokyo, including two solo exhibitions, “Ueno, Milano, Gotanda” (2006, Tokyo) and “A New Domestic Animal Landscape” (2009, Tokyo).
Since 2004, he has been teaching at several schools in Japan.
